THE INVENTION OF A NEW ALCOHOL
Set up as a couple on the summit of the Monts du Lyonnais in an inspiring natural environment,
we've always been drawn to smoky, grilled, intense, fatty, salty flavors...
Unconditional fans of sesame, we like to use it in all its forms,
working the grain, macerating, distilling, blending.
That's how we came to create some sesame-based alcoholic beverages,
charismatic eaux-de-vie that leave no one indifferent.
We're proud of the fact that we've succeeded in making our spirits from fat rather than sugar,
to obtain a whisky-like result that develops a whole new palette of aromas.
Today, we're offering you three spirits: Fumé, Grillé and Brûlé,
on sale in our online boutique and in best liquor stores.
Tomorrow, other creations will be added to our our range of sesame-based spirits.
With us, everything is organic and made on site:
Grain processing, maceration, distillation, blending, bottling.
From the selection of the cereals, which bring flavour and delicacy,
to the ageing process,
through to maceration and distillation,
each stage is essential to the success of our project.

of them according to a know-how that combines tradition and innovation,
with exceptional producers, and using local ingredients as much as possible.
We use only organic raw materials, and we don't give-up the idea
to see sesame grown in France one day!
We have made the most ecological choices possible.
We use less water, thanks to a closed cooling loop,
and less electricity thanks to an insulated steel still.
Our recipes also make it possible to obtain peaty tastes.
